Lure Fly Live Bait
1/2 day Estuary and Inshore Reef or full day Outer Reef trips can be tailor made for the keen lure, fly and bait fisherman wanting to maximise their chance at that trophy fish or target species. You could fish any estuary, reef or wreck, using your favourite method or more, along the coast from Cairns to Cape Tribulation including the famous Daintree River and Snapper Island.

Topical Streams
You could spend the morning or afternoon walking one of our pristine tropical fresh water rivers or rainforest streams casting an array of lures on light tackle for jungle perch and sooty grunter. Daintree River Snapper Island
Fishing the Daintree River gives many options both offshore with Snapper Island's reefs and wrecks providing exciting light tackle sport fishing for Spanish Mackerel, Tuna and Trevally, or bottom species such as Fingermark, Coral Trout, Small Mouth and Large Mouth Nannygai to the diversity of the Daintree itself with both fresh and saltwater species available. Target species in the Daintree are Barramundi, Mangrove Jack, Fingermark, Queenfish and Trevally and in the fresh you might expect to find Jungle Perch, Sooties, Tarpon, jacks and Barramundi.

Combine some fishing and sightseeing by driving to the Daintree River where we will launch the boat and travel down river through the mangroves to the entrance of the river heading north past Snapper Island and Cape Kimberly then chack out a couple of hidden creeks on the way to Cape Tribulation. Get a different birds eye view of how the rainforest meets the reef. This is a calm weather only tour.

Cooktown and Beyond
With both boats being mobile on trailers we can head to Cooktown to fish the Endeavour and Annan Rivers on 2 to 4 day escapes. Experience a variety of fishing from the fresh water of the upper reaches to the extensive estuary systems on to the blue water of the bays reefs and headlands.

If roughing it is more your style we can head bush camping for a few days Nth of Cooktown to the McIvor and Starkie Rivers. A real adventure trip where you never know what to expect, except to catch most northern estuary species (Barra).

Reef Fishing
For the larger group or if the weather is too rough for our smaller boats to go to the reef we have access to several larger vessels that can cater for the avid game fisher to a bit of good old bottom bashin. Both private or share charters available.
